• Critical Information: The register contains essential details such as:
  • The names of the children enrolled in the session
  • Emergency contact information for each child
  • Any relevant health or special educational needs (SEN) concerns, including allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral considerations
• Take Note of Special Needs and Allergies:
  • Carefully review the register before the session begins and pay special attention to any children with specific health needs or allergies.
  • Ensure you are aware of any conditions that may require immediate attention (e.g., epinephrine auto-injectors for allergies).
• Seek Clarification: If there is anything on the register that you are concerned about, or if you don’t fully understand a note regarding a child’s needs, contact STEM Tech Club for clarification before the session begins.
